Private Events at Fadó: A Unique Event Venue in Washington, D.C.

Our pub offers private events clients a unique environment, one where our food, beverage, and service offerings are unmatched, in an atmosphere that makes everyone comfortable and feel welcomed. Irish hospitality is alive and well at Fado Irish Pub and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Below you’ll find information about our menu and space, but know we can customize customize a food and beverage package for just about any occasion. We can also coordinate all sorts of on-site entertainment options, including (but for sure not limited to) Vegas-style poker tables, cigar rolling stations, live music, trivia, and much more.

The pub has a number of unique areas all featuring different design motifs inspired by old and new Ireland. Many feature private ‘snugs’ that are unique to Irish Pubs. See below for seating and standing capacities.

The Library

50-75 Reception  Style

This space, typically utilized as our main entrance is filled with Irish Literature and paintings of Irish authors.  Our main entrance does move when an event is being hosted in this section.

The Inner Cottage

25-30 Seated or 40 Reception Style

This is the favorite space in Fadó!  It’s semi-private and brings the true feeling inspired by a quaint Irish cottage.

The Stage

15-25 Seated or 30-35 Reception Style

The stage is located in the center of the pub, in the heart of all the atmosphere! It’s the least private space in the pub, but great for smaller happy hours, luncheons or dinners.

The Bailey’s

15 Seated or 15-20 Reception Style

This space, though cozy is the perfect spot for a small group happy hour, a quaint birthday dinner, or paired with the Victorian for a larger event. It can also be roped off as semi-private space for a smaller group.

The Victorian

25-30 Reception Style

This section truly has that Victorian feel.  With it’s dark wood and maroon and red accents and draperies, it features the most comfortable chairs and barstools in the house. It can also be roped off as semiprivate space.
