PUB FOOD HAS CHANGED

Fadó Irish Pub is a reflection of its birthplace, Dublin, and the city has changed. With more international influences, Ireland’s capital has become a multicultural hub. Pubs there are tapping into that diversity with new dishes, flavors, and ingredients.

Irish pub food hasn’t gotten fancy, but it has become more compelling.

Alongside a changing kitchen is a changing bar. A decade ago, someone’s order at an Irish pub would range from a pint to, well, a pint. We still pour the best Guinness in town — and we always will — but our bartenders are fluent in cocktailing and are constantly innovating behind the bar.

We’re rethinking Irish pubs, so expect a different Irish tale.
